This page explains what NEET 2027 Clarity Collective collects when you sign the petition, why, and how to get your details removed.
Your name, town and comment are part of the petition itself. They go to the three officials named on the petition page when we submit it.
Your mobile number and email are used to check that each signature comes from a different real person, and to tell you what happens with the petition. If you ticked the updates box, we will also send you news about this campaign. If you did not tick it, we will not.
The scrambled IP address is only used to stop one person signing hundreds of times. We never store the real IP address and we cannot recover it from what we store.
We do not sell your details. We do not rent them. We do not pass them to advertisers or to any other organisation. Signing the petition does not sign you up for anything else.
Indian law requires a parent or guardian to agree before we can process a child's personal data. If your date of birth shows you are under 18, the form asks for your parent or guardian's name and their agreement, and we will not accept the signature without it. We do not show advertising to anyone, and we do not track children across other sites.
We keep signatures until the petition has been submitted and the campaign has finished, and for one year after that so we can tell signers what came of it. After that we delete the personal details and keep only the total count.
Email rahil@goodeducator.com from the address you signed with, or send the mobile number you signed with, and we will delete your signature. We will do it within 30 days and write back to confirm. You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
Removing your signature takes it off the petition, so please only ask if that is what you want.
NEET 2027 Clarity Collective is an independent campaign of students, parents and teachers. It is not connected to the National Testing Agency or to any government body. For anything to do with this petition or your data, write to rahil@goodeducator.com.
